Improve information and scoreboard UI in the side panel

• Improve information UI and add map preview (format 16:9) Embed a small preview image in map files  #1578
• Add a sliding handle to the scoreboard revealing details depending on handle position

Improved information UI mockup

• No use of icons needed, keep it minimalistic
• Map preview image has a black outline as frame
• The whole thing takes up 9 rows with the map image taking up 5 of them

New scoreboard UI and sliding handle mockup

• The handle splits the board evenly displaying only players, sliding the handle left or right reveals the individual stats.
• For blue, please use the same blue color as used in the in-game scoreboard
• For red, please use the same red color as used in the in-game scoreboard
• The colored rows vary in transparency with 10% and 20% opacity
• For solo gametypes the scoreboard stays as is with scrollbar to the side
