早期在大学时候用qt做ui整的脱机手写数字识别系统，可以将手机拍摄的多行多列的手写数字进行识别，整个系统实现了完整的图像处理、特征提取、网络训练等一系列算法，每个阶段的各种算法都有自己独有的算法优化，以提高识别率

不过毕业后就再没整过，所以不推荐在项目中使用，现在放出来，仅供参考学习。
