Biomass_formulation

This repository contains all data and scripts used to generate the results presented in the paper: "IMPORTANCE OF THE BIOMASS FORMULATION FOR CANCER METABOLIC MODELLING AND DRUG PREDICTION".

1. The BOFdat folder contains inputs and outputs used to run the data-driven biomass reconstruction algorithm BOFdat (Lachance et al., 2019).
2. The Data folder includes all media composition used in the analysis as well as the dictionaries for gene name conversion for all input models used in this study.
3. The Functions folder contains some functions written during the generation of the results.
4. The Results folder includes the data of the results presented in the paper as .mat files.
5. The Scripts folder contains the scripts written to generate the published data, their name correspond to the figures that can be found in the paper.
