A machine Learning Model to Identify Healthcare Professionals (HCP) and their specialization based on Adserver Logs

This solution is proposed in a Machine Learning Hackathon hosted by DOCEREE MEDIA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED at Techgig.

Please Find the complete solution in Final.ipynb

Problem Statement Procured from the host website.

Identifying Healthcare Professionals (HCP) and their specialization

The ad server logs contain valuable information such as browser details, IP addresses, geographic locations, search patterns, site urls, and other relevant data. The objective of the hackathon is to build a robust model that can accurately predict whether a user belongs to the HCP category and its specialization id/taxonomy.

Input: Ad server logs containing information on user behavior and other features

Output: Given a userid(userplatformuid) and ad server log, classify if the user is an HCP and its specialization (taxonomy). The output is divided into two parts:

  1. Scoring Solution: For this, candidates need to upload the output file with the parameters as mentioned in the data dictionary provided below. This output file will be used for scoring logic.

Note: Please upload this output file in the Upload Submission option.

  1. Complete Solution: This is an add-on to the scoring solution which will contain one more field of TAXONOMY along with the two parameters used in the scoring solution.

Note: Please upload this file along with the other deliverables in the Upload Source Files option.

The input contains the following type of data:

HCP has been identified but the taxonomy/specialization is not identified - IS_HCP is true but taxonomy is not populated.

Both HCP and taxonomy/specialization are identified - IS_HCP is true and taxonomy is also populated.

The remaining rows pertain to data where there is no information about HCP. It may correspond to HCP or may not.
