Discipline: Import "actions" data and visualize for educators #2174

This is probably a few steps, here's a guess.

First:

  • get an export of this data
  • import it, verify quality
  • exploratory view: make a new discipline page that's a copy of the existing one but with actions not incidents

Second:

  • design work to ship this in the profile (charts and info about actions)

Third:

  • design work to ship this in a new discipline analysis page, or integrate into the existing (conceivably this could replace the existing page altogether).

Since this feature involves changes to export code, it probably makes sense to do it Somerville-first, share that with other districts, and see if they are interested in it as well.
