This version includes various bug fixes, and clarifies some of the output messages:

• Fixed a crash generating unified events report
• More detailed libvshadow error messages
• Prefer Unicode filenames to 8.3 filenames in parsing $MFT attributes
• Make column names more consistent between tables
• Added summary messages for number of volumes, snapshots files were copied from, and number of events which were found
• Clarify parse error messages to include the file in which the parse error occurred
