Creation of a VPC is now the default behavior

Creation of a VPC for use with the created resources is now the default behavior. This allows flexibility in the case of users who have modified the default VPC and may have rendered it incompatible with this script.

Minimum install option available

SSH, Mysql, HTTP, and Gateways all are default options in the minimum install now.

Removed conditional create on strongdm roles

Removed conditional create to allow roles to be created in case resources are created without users
