Personal configuration of the Linux kernel with patch Con Kolivas.
Initrd not needed.

2. HOW TO COMPILE

$ Copy the .config in the kernel source directory (Con Kolivas patched).
$ make modules_prepare
$ make all
$ make headers_install
# make install
# update-grub
$ make clean && make mrproper
