Pipeline to automatically create releases when new code is added to test.

How to use:

• Pull code into main from feature

• Create pull request from maint to test. In the test add one of labels

  • "bug" / "documentation"
  • "enchancement"
  • "major update"

• Add a fitting title and well decribing comment(which will be used to make the release notes)

Important!!!

Add remember to add new label into repository which uses this script. Add "major update" as a label
