Become a sponsor to Andrei Jiroh Halili
Hello there! I'm Andrei Jiroh, and I'm autistic from the Philippines. Other than my open-source work at @recaptime-dev and my package maintainer chores at @alpinelinux (mainly for GitHub CLI), I also write blog posts about my autistic life, web dev adventures, and more and maintain the Awesome Neurodiversity project.
Why you should sponsor me?
- To support my work, both within and outside open-source. I'm maintaining projects and contributing time outside my regular school schedule, intending to go full-time on open-source and freelancing if the traditional employment route is a no-go as an invisibly disabled person.
- 5-10% of my revenue from sponsorships will be used to support the open-source ecosystem and my fellow neurokins. Assuming that I'm earning more to cover my daily needs and side projects, I'll use that portion to support my stack and my fellow neurodivergent people. It's like supporting creators directly through their memberships and donations.
Benefits
Since my GitHub Sponsors page is relatively fresh from the oven, perks for sponsors and tiers are being ironed out behind the scenes, but I'm open for suggestions.
