• Load WebPageTest instance URL from profile (#34)

  There was a bug where the images for the filmstrip were always loaded from webpagetest.org, even if SpeedTracker was configured to use a private WebPageTest instance. To address this, the WPT URL parameter moves from the main configuration file to each profile, so that the dashboard can access it. As a side effect, this means that each profile can use a different WebPageTest instance.

  This value can be encrypted if you want to hide it from the public, but in that case the image won't be shown as the dashboard won't be able to decrypt the URL. For backwards compatibility, instances of SpeedTracker with the WPT URL defined in the main configuration file will still work.
