Added 2 keystrokes that can be used in game. Ctrl B will select all buildings, and B will select all local buildings.

I don't see when it would be usefull.

This is actually something I've been waiting for. I used to play SoundRTS with my sighted brother, and he could always select all his buildings with the mouse. This way he could, for example, instruct many of his barracks to instantly begin producing a lot of soldiers at the same time, while I had to go one by one, losing much precious time. Thumbs up for these additional keystrokes!

@paxcoder Say you have 5 dragons lairs. You want to recruit dragons quickly. Instead of selecting one building at a time, you can select every building that can recruit dragons. This means you can recruit 5 at once. This is particularly useful in the Crazy Mod where you need to build up an army quickly.

With the current shortcuts, if you have selected a building, you can then select all the buildings of this type by pressing Ctrl 1, or select half of them by pressing Ctrl 2.
(By the way, in this commit, the file mentions Ctrl S instead of Ctrl B.)

Oh didn't know about that one. It'd be usefull anyway, since it didn't hit my mind to press ctrl+1 for buildings by my self, and I guess the same would go for most of players.

@soundmud Originally, it was supposed to be Ctrl B. I'm not sure what happened, because I don't remember changing it, and it does conflict with the soldier shortcut. I don't mind if you have to change it.
