Currently the Sockethub version indicates breaking changes in any of the platforms or sister modules within the monorepo.

The eventual idea is to have some sort of version reporting for each platform as a separate process from Sockethub versioning itself. A platform can require a minimum version of Sockethub to function, and can indicate it's own breaking changes as a separate thing from whether or not Sockethub has implemented any breaking changes.
