First Release for Testing

This is the version I used to do my first set of test runs using E.Coli (2014) and comparing three implementations: FANMOD, MODA and Modified MODA. The modification was specifically on Algorithm 2.

This release features both a faithful and a modified MODA implementation. It also serializes and writes discovered mappings to disk to be read and deserialized later. Future releases may not have this feature.
