This PR makes minor API changes.

Summary

SDL iOS 6.6.0 is an update fixing many bugs, such as with the secondary transport, and providing a few enhancements, including in the SystemCapabilityManager.

It supports SDL RPC Spec 6.0.0 and SDL Protocol Spec 5.2.0.

• The secondary transport now starts only when the app has been brought to HMI Full ([SDL-0214] - Secondary Transport Optimization #1145).
• Added RPC generator script – though it is not currently used ([SDL 0234] Proxy Library RPC Generation #1298).
• Added helpful convenience initializers to SDLRadioControlData (Add helpful convenience inits and documentation to SDLRadioControlData #1206).
• SDLSystemCapabilityManager enhancements and alignment with Java Suite ((Update SystemCapabilityManager to align with Java_Suite #1535).
• The SDLManagerDelegate now has a videoStreamingState callback (SDLManagerDelegate is missing videoStreamingState callback #1546).
• The secondary transport will no longer be immediately shut down when the app goes to the background (Delay shutting down the TCP secondary transport when device app is backgrounded #1560).
• Deprecated SyncPData and EncodedSyncPData RPCs (Deprecate SyncPData and SyncPDataResponse #1599).
• Deprecated OnLockScreenStatus and LockScreenStatus fake RPCs (Deprecate SDLOnLockScreenStatus / SDLLockScreenStatus #1601).

Bug Fixes

• Fix video streaming timeout when app goes from background to foreground (If the application is switched to the background and then to the foreground, video streaming timeout occurs. #1471).
• Many lock screen fixes (Lock screen dismiss animation breaks #1504, Dismiss LockViewController not always completed #1523, Lock screen prevents CarWindow from streaming video #1545, Lockscreen not dismissed when app backgrounded #1565).
• Threading fixes around the response handler map (rpcResponseHandlerMap SIGABRT crash in the sdl library #1515).
• Fixed some warnings emitted from the lock screen storyboard (Fix warnings on storyboard from constraints referencing items not installed #1521).
• Fix potential race condition in shutting down and starting up SDLProxy (App does not automatically reconnect to HU after changing language. #1532).
• Fix SDLTouch to better handle NSNull (Update SDLTouch to handle NSNull occurence #1534).
• Fix empty SetDisplayLayout.displayCapabilities breaks the screen manager (Empty displayCapabilities in setDisplayLayout response prevents display update #1536).
• Many secondary transport fixes (Video end service sometimes not sent when using a secondary transport #1551, Need to handle subsequent video start service ACKs not setting the video resolution height and width #1561).
• Revert deprecations in RPCs relating to NSDictionary (Revert deprecations for RPCs to/from NSDictionary #1557).
• Change how the audio pass thru handler is called to allow sending a new one in the response handler (Audio pass-through failed due to a timing issue. #1559).
• Threading fixes around the lifecycle manager correlationId (The correlationId is not thread safe #1564).
• Fix SDLStreamingMediaManager returning an incorrect value for isStreamingSupported (The Streaming Media Manager returns an incorrect value for isStreamingSupported #1569).
• Fix using incorrect MTU sizes for non-RPC services (When sending raw data, the library sets the same mtu size for every service type #1577).
• Fix IAP crash when the output stream closes (Crash on EAOutputStream close #1583).
• Fix potential threading crash in SDLChoiceSetManager (Crash in SDLChoiceSetManager due to multiple threads accessing nonatomic NSSets #1584).
• Adding some documentation (Add documentation for SDLProxy.sendMobileHMIState #1587).
• Fix a potential race condition crash in the text and graphic manager (Race Condition Crash when Reconnecting in Text and Graphic Manager #1595).
• Fix SDLImageField initializer (SDLImageField initWithName:imageTypeSupported:imageResolution: should have nullable imageResolution #1625).

Example Apps

• They now show a warning message if the slider or scrollable message time out (The Swift example app shows a warning message when the slider times out #1526).
• Remove example app logic for checking first HMI FULL (The Swift example app logic for checking the first time that the hmiLevel is FULL is broken #1554).
• Example app no longer uses deprecated SDLConfiguration (Update the Swift example app to use a non-deprecated SDLConfiguration #1607).
