Add an initializer to SDLSoftButtonObject to take SDLSoftButtonState parameters for easier single-state soft button objects #1375

Bug Report

To currently create a soft button object with a single state, the state must be created first, and then the soft button object. This is unnecessary and we can create a single-state object without having to first have the developer create the state object.
