kNN_test4.py用到了sklearn库，代码编写比较小巧，但不管经过怎么样的修改，准确率不是很高 KNN_test3.py没有用到sklearn库，通过参考《机器学习实战》，手工编写算法，流程，经过测试，准确率比专门的sklearn库高。 testDigits文件夹中的是待测试的数字 trainingDigits中的是训练集
