To apply this template to a new repo named new-lesson via the terminal:

# Create a bare clone of the repository.
git clone --bare https://github.com/slu-dss/empty-py-lesson.git

# Mirror-push to the new repository.
cd empty-lesson.git
git push --mirror https://github.com/slu-dss/new-lesson.git

# Remove the temporary local repository you created above.
cd ..
rm -rf empty-lesson.git
