This release updates the automation, provided by github actions, to use the new syntax (#31).

Compared to the previous release there have been some steps towards detecting overflow at runtime (#29), and the addition of the factorial operation (#27).

This is our first binary release, which is being made for two main reasons:

• The project is essentially complete at this point.
• I wish to test out the "Github actions":
  • I wrote an action to run the test-cases when commits are pushed here, or when pull-requests are submitted.
  • I wrote an action to publish binaries.
