Bugfix patch for Signus: The Artefact Wars v1.96.0

Game data required to play the game are not included in this release. To install this patch, first unpack the full release v1.96.0, then unpack this patch over it, overwriting all existing files.

Changes:

• Fixed two bugs in AI logic
• Added README text files
• Added embedded application manifest for Windows
• Added keyboard controls for main menu
• Changed default settings for better experience on modern computers

Full open-source release of Signus: The Artefact Wars

Note: signus-data source tarball will not build as is on GCC-11 or other C++17 compilers. You'll need to apply one of 3 workarounds:

• run configure or make with CXXFLAGS="--std=c++03"
• patch the source with commits e10a6a6 and 796f179 before running make
• or build with GCC-10
