Bug description

app doesn't check for camera permission if we are accessing the camera through camera icon in gallery photo picker

Conditions

• camera permission is not granted to app

Steps to reproduce

• go to settings
• tap on profile photo
• go to edit photo
• select photo
• tap on camera icon at top right hand corner

Actual result: Shows empty camera view
Expected result: Should ask for camera permission
