Changes

• session file can be specified
• opening threads as tree children of boardtab
• post replies/threads with 4chan pass or captcha
• better styling
• multi-threaded boardtabs
• more shortcuts and settings (Ctrl+P)

Known Issues

• catalogue view becomes empty
• clicking boardtab post number crashes (fixed with this commit)
