create a file named config.py and copy paste the content of config_demo.py

create a file named config.json and copy paste the content of config_json.py

create a virtual env and activate it

run python -m pip install -r requirements.txt make sure you have pip 21+

run python managel.py initialise

run python manage.py rundebug
