Flask Web Application, which generates Person's Probabilistic match in percentile.
Input : Web application takes inputs like First Name, Last Name, Gender, Profession, etc
Output : Model will probabilistic match of input record with existing dataset and generate list of top 5 reocrds based on weighted average, using Fuzyy Wuzzy model
