I am a geography Ph.D. student at the University of Leeds, interested in looking at responses of tropical forests to extreme heat stress conditions. Scripts on this page mostly span the following broad categories.
- climate data analysis
- thermal image processing
- spectral data analysis
- photosynthesis gas exchange measurement data analysis
- other miscellaneous data analysis
These scripts are not perfect and I am tweaking them as I learn and build them. Please exercise caution before using these. Suggestions are welcome.
