条文

第○条　合意管轄
 １．本契約に関する一切の紛争（裁判所の調停手続きを含む）は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とすることに合意する。

日本国法律を適用したいし、なんかあったら近場の地裁ね！
とは言いたいけど、契約したら裁判するの？みたいに見えるので書きたくない。
裁判ではなく示談の余地があるよねって思うので今は入れてない。

契約時は口頭でそれとなく言い含めておくこと
