How to deploy on testnet Sepolia (or any other EVM compatible blockchain.):

npx hardhat help
npx hardhat test
REPORT_GAS=true npx hardhat test
npx hardhat node
npx hardhat run scripts/deploy.js --network sepolia

Verify contracts (enables readig/writing via etherscan):
