Full-featured release, alpha test

This is an alpha test version of the full-featured version of ymmv.

It should be easy to build if the Go compiler is installed; the README.md file documents how to do this.

There are also pre-built binaries for Linux running on 64-bit Intel (amd64) or ARM (armv7l).
