Purely Accessibility Updates:
Buttons now include a role="button" to aid with assistive technologies like screen readers.
alt="[Description]" has been nullified and set to alt="" on button icons to reduce duplicative screen reader announcements since the button text gives the context and the brand icon is purely decorative.

Buttons now support multiple lines of text. We still recommend keeping character lengths <21 to assist with offering a streamline UX for users and keep content digestible, however, this should aid with how buttons behave with character lengths when it comes to language localization and translation.
Buttons now have an outlined focus state when pressed or when using keyboard navigation to assist with accessibility.
Links now properly change color when using skeleton-auto.css to assist with increased accessibility when the theme auto updates for users.
