Welcome to the Server status wiki!
- PHP 5.4 or newer with Gettext enabled
- Apache 2 or IIS
- Nginx is also fully supported but you will need to edit your vhost manually
- MYSQL 5.5 or newer
- MYSQL user with table creation permissions
- Write access to webroot only if you are using automatic procedure not required when doing a manual install. (installer is going to create a config file & htaccess)
After you unpack the archive and access the site, you will be greeted with a install wizard - just fill in the required data and submit the form and you're good to go.
If you don't want to grant write access to the webroot, you can create your own config file from the config.php.template file and rename the ApacheHtaccess file to .htaccess or IISWebConfig file to web.config.
