unzip Healthcare-Cost-Transparency-Tool.zip
rm -fr ~/Applications/Healthcare-Cost-Transparency-Tool.app
mv Healthcare-Cost-Transparency-Tool.app ~/Applications/.

Search for the app in Finder and click it

Right click the Icon and pin it to the dock
