Hi there,
working on my system.
AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX with Radeon Graphics + 6800M

It occured on every cold boot - black screen on first login, next reboot the login worked.
With the additional udev-settle it works also on cold boot.

Can confirm even if deprecated this fixes my issue #1917

I have confirmed in system logs that udev-settle exists right after the last amdgpu log

It was deprecated because it was a big cause of slow boot times. It may work for some and be detrimental for others.
