update op_in_dressed_eigenbasis functionality to reflect that the ret…

…urned operator shouldn't retain information about the underlying subsystems. Now the user can pass the kwarg truncated_dim to specify a cutoff for the returned operator. Alternatively it can be set to None, in which case the whole op is returned but with the appropriate dimensions
