Add a script that will generate screenshots of the variants' alignment, for example in the IGV browser, for validation. This should be done for all variants that pass filtering. At least one control should be visible in the screenshot.
The script should be able to run for a single variant or a list of variants, and it should generate a folder containing the screenshots.
The script should be able to run on a server without a graphical user interface.
Control samples should be able to be added to the screenshots.
Ideally, the read layout (e.g., pairs, sorting, soft clipping, etc.) and screenshot size can be configured.
