G-Trie implementation (Ribeiro and Silva 2010) to be used with PyGNA.
This is an implementation of the G-Trie data structure outlined in "G-Tries: a data structure for storing and finding subgraphs" by Pedro Ribeiro and Fernando Silva using NetworkX for the graph representations.
