Code to produce figures for paper describing mosquito dynamics in IquitoSim

- The main script for producing the mortality time series which fuses the models, and some of the plots, is generate_emergence_file_FINAL.R
- The scripts for producing most of the plots are in the abm_analysis folder
- The shape files for the maps are in the shape_files_2 folder
