LoadVizgen z-index segmentations vs. detected transcripts

Hi,

For LoadVizgen, there is a parameter "z" that specifies which Z-index is loaded from the Vizgen output files, with the default set to "3L" , or the middle layer - does this parameter specifically refer to the layer used for loading the segmentations, or does it also refer to the layer used for loading detected transcripts? In other words, are the transcripts outside of the specified Z-index being excluded?
