Hi,
I have created a wrapper for scanorama. It's called
ScanoramaIntegrationand is intended to be usable as a method byIntegrateLayers.You'll also find R documentation for the function.
I have not created a vignette however, because scVIIntegration and FastMNNIntegration don't have any either. But please let me know if you think that's necessary.
