HR plays a key role in developing, reinforcing, and changing the culture of an organization.Pay, performance management, training and development, recruitment and onboarding, and reinforcing the values of the business are all essential elements of business culture covered by HR. HR needs to stay up-to-date with all relevant information. The purpose of the project is to analyze the data and create a dashboard that can be used by HR to get useful insights related to departments and employees.

In this project, we have created a Home page from where you can navigate to the Department page for department-related Analysis and the Position Page for information related to Positions and Employees working on those positions. On Home Page, we have shown information related to various fields.
