GEOS COM Wrapper is GEOS(Geometry Engine Open Source - http://trac.osgeo.org/geos/) 
COM Wrapper. It enables OLE Automation (VBScript .etc) access to GEOS CAPI.

INSTALLATION
  1. Double click on the "install.bat" file in Explorer.
     (In Vista, right click on the "install.bat" file, then select "Run as administrator")
  2. A message should pop up saying "DllRegisterServer in [install-path]\geos_com.dll succeeded.",
     click OK.

BUILD
  1. Download geos-3.0.3.tar.bz2 from http://download.osgeo.org/geos/geos-3.0.3.tar.bz2
  2. Extract geos-3.0.3.tar.bz2, then copy subfolders on this folder.
  3. Open build/msvcXX/geos_com.sln with Visual Studio, then build solution.
