Galaxea microbiome analysis 1st peer-review

Added analysis and updated figures based on feedback from peer-reviewers:

• performed ANOSIM (“07_beta_diversity_ANOSIM.R”)
• tested difference in alpha diversity between symbiotic and bleached polyps when possible (i.e., RS1 and RS2)
• amended Fig. S2 to show the raw data point and their range (min – max) instead of the 95% C.I.
