In this version of preprocessor:
- Python 2.7 support is dropped.
- Many bugs are fixed including Windows installation problems.
- Added support for processing files.
- Added more extensive tests for covering much more use cases.
- Added test environments for Linux, macOS and Windows on Travis CI.
