Decision Tree to classify ground water samples to potable and not potable, also applied on wine dataset and horse datasets to classify them into different classes.
The application takes in command line inputs for determining the dataset type for the classifier. It's programmed to be generic across different data types, similar in nature. The results of the classifier has been published at IJARCCE as part of the following paper http://www.ijarcce.com/upload/2014/january/IJARCCE2E_a_shantha_compartive.pdf.
Run the MainInput class within the inputParser package, for choosing the dataset and featureset. On successfully selecting the options, a GUI decision tree computed for the options should be displayed.
