This simple app allows to set redirect rule for the website.

For example, you may deploy it to Heroku with the necessary rules, set a custom domain and enjoy the redirect from your domain.

Possible env variables:

• TO - where to redirect (e.g. https://google.com)
• TYPE - type of redirect (e.g. 301)
