So @1000miles and I went through the English version (as this is the default from which we translate into other languages) and decided to extend the categories on which discrimination and/or privilege may be based.

We also made some suggestions to improve some of the wording and sentence structure in order to make it more readable / understandable. We are happy to explain changes in detail, if you're unsure about certain points.

Most importantly: We see this as the first iteration of improvements and would like to consult with organisations or initiatives (#62).

encouraging sounds vague. How about supportive?

Changes look good overall, I commented in areas where I don't understand the changes or like the old versions better.

Oh yes, there is a commit in here that doesn't belong (the German commit from the other PR) you can get rid off it or I'll do so when merging it :)

Yes, sorry, I branched out from the wrong branch :) would be thankful if you could get rid of that commit once we've finished discussions here :)
