Use the words "disability" and "Behinderung" #139

This changes the words "ability" and "Befähigung" to the words "disability" and "Behinderung". The reasoning is that "ability" calling the issue by its name. The bad translation into German is a hint to an issue.

IT, ES, PL and FR translations should be checked for similar wording.

The French version is alreayd using the right wording.

The Polish version is already using disability (niepełnosprawność) as well.
