ISMRM Reproducible Research Study Group 2020 Challenge

Will an imaging protocol independently-implemented at multiple centers reliably measure what is considered one of the fundamental MR parameters (T1) using the most robust technique (inversion recovery) in a standardized phantom (ISMRM/NIST system phantom)?

In ISMRM 2020 RRSG challenge, we addressed this question by analyzing in-vivo and phantom data submitted by more than 35 research sites around the globe.

Why did we develop this dashboard?

The purpose of this dashboard is to provide a comprehensive analysis and visualization of the data collected during the challenge. By utilizing this dashboard, MRI researchers can gain valuable insights into the variability sources involved in measuring T1.

By developing this dashboard, we aim to facilitate a deeper understanding of the reliability and standardization of T1 measurements across multiple imaging centers. Ultimately, we hope that this collaborative effort will contribute to advancing the field of medical imaging and improve the overall quality and consistency of T1 measurements in clinical and research settings.
