Vagrant support

Now it is possible to achieve the expected tftpd network behaviour when dealing with some TP-Link routers family, despite the Docker networking limitations regarding to advanced routing and bridging in its native (and experimental) Mac OS X build 1.12.0-rc2.

This is an example of usage, so it can be changed to reflect other vendor needs.
