Quick Install Instructions:

 tar xjf noc-kit-0.3.0.tar.bz2 && \
  cd noc-kit-0.3.0 && \
  mkdir build && \
  cd build && \
  ../configure && \
  make && \
  make install

(or use "tar xJf noc-kit-0.3.0.tar.xz" above to extract an xz archive).

See INSTALL file for more details. Note that the continuous integration builds
are done via Travis, using the compile-make-makeinstall script at
./tests/travis.sh - if you want to compile in paranoid POSIX-y mode then check
out the last few commands in that script.
