My keyboard layout

Kiibohd layout files for the WhiteFox
Fn is on the CapsLock key
Shift + Esc produces '~' (like the Leopold FC660)
But Ctrl + Shift + Esc still produces Ctrl + Shift + Esc
The arrow keys produce Home/End and PgUp/PgDn (like the FC660 and the MBP)
A second function key enables media keys
Also some other things
